During the Full Moon, Theron has access and can use Blood magic. Though because of that extra trait, there is a disadvantage. During the New Moon, Theron becomes completely human. This could be a blessing or a curse, but it is something that he does not tell people, and thus has remained silent about so far. When the new moon is in the sky, it is not uncommon to not be able to find Theron, as he remains hidden from all except for Aggie during this time.

Theron Marcus Blackwind is a very conflicted younger vampire. His father is none other than the well known Valestat Blackwind. Theron has held a grudge against Val since he was born. He and his father thus, have never got along. Theron would rather avoid Val as much as possible if he had his way, but alas, that would not be possible for much longer.
Theron and his twin sister Aggie had been home for many years, avoiding anything that was Valestat or Joel. It became a bit too dangerous for them to remain there and soon they would learn they needed to find Valestat, because even though Theron and Val did not get along, he knew, much against his own judgment that if they needed help, his hero obsessed Father would certainly help them, and keep them away from any danger..
